Can you believe this? Summer doesn’t seem to last as long as it once did. Here in The Valley of The Sun, it’s already time to send the kids off to school ~ again. With one in elementary school and one in high school, I guess I have the best of both worlds [well, not really!] But at least I do have the joy of sending one off with stylish clothes and brand name back packs and lunch boxes, while I listen to the other count down his days to freedom! LOL! There are areas where they seem to meet in the middle, though, with ipods and gameboys, friends and plans that seem to fill everyday of MY week!

Tomorrow, I’ll send them to school with their new shoes and backpacks filled to the brim. And before you know it, the pools will be closing for the season and we’ll be getting ready for the holidays. But at least we’re having fun!
